Why a football-org structure

Three reasons the structure earns its keep:

Stakes you actually care about. Lions football, Dan Campbell era. Domain familiarity removes the friction of pretending to care about a fake dataset.

A clean unlock loop. Each level has a capstone and an unlock criterion. You move up because you shipped the artifact, not because a week passed.

A natural seniority arc. Analyst pulls stats, Position Coach compares groups, Head Coach makes situational calls, GM builds models, Owner ships the platform. The org chart is the curriculum.

A note on branding

1PRIDE uses Lions stats and a Honolulu-Blue-ish palette because they’re descriptive and not trademarkable. The official Detroit Lions logo, the NFL shield, and team- branded broadcast imagery don’t appear here, and 1PRIDE is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Detroit Lions or the NFL.

The data layer is built so any team can be swapped in as the default.
